Directions for: Mini Italian Meatloaves
Ingredients
1 lb(s) each ground beef and pork
2 boxes prepared stuffing mix
2 cups water
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup pasta sauce
1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2. in a large bowl, combine ground beef and pork, stuffing bread and spices. Drizzle with water and add Italian seasoning. Using your hands, gently mix together and divide among 12 greased muffin tins.
3. Make small indent in centre of each meatloaf and spoon in pasta sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
