Directions for: Pork Shoulder

Ingredients

Pork Shoulder

2 pork, shoulder

Shoulder Rub

cup brown sugar

cup sugar

cup paprika

cup garlic salt

cup salt

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp cumin

Shoulder Injection

cup apple, juice

cup water

cup sugar

cup salt

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Pork Shoulder

1. Inject shoulder wіtհ injection solution (1/2 oz. Per pound). Coat well wіtհ rub mixture (4 oz. Per shoulder). Gently pat shoulder so rub will adhere. Cook on pit or smoker for 1 hour per pound on 225 degrees. Its that easy!
