Directions for: Sundried Tomato & Kalamata Olive Burger
Ingredients
1 lb(s) chicken or beef
7 sundried tomatoes, chopped
cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
sea salt and pepper
Directions
1. Heat grill to medium-high heat and oil with a high heat cooking oil, like grapeseed oil.
2. Mix together the ground chicken or beef, sundried tomatoes and olives and form into patties.
3. Season patties with sea salt and pepper and place on the grill. Beef takes about 3-7 minutes per side. if using ground chicken, make sure the internal temperature is 165F.
