Directions for: Tiny Cheese Kebabs
Ingredients
Cubes from Canadian cheese
Grapes or dipped apple wedges
20 toothpicks
Directions
1. Cut cheese in cubes of 8 cm cube each.
2. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Place burgers on greased grill; close lid and grill, turning once, for about 5 to 6 min per side or until digital thermometer inserted sideways into centre reads 160 F (71 C).
3. Serve with broccoli florets for dipping.
