Tip

Directions

Cottage Cheese Pasta

1. Cook pasta al dente according to instructions on package.

2. Meanwhile, in an oven-proof casserole, melt the butter and saut the onion and garlic.

3. Add the ground beef and cook through completely, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

4. Stir in tomato sauce, olives and basil. Season.

5. Bring to a boil, add cooked pasta and Cottage Cheese.

6. Sprinkle with Provolone and place under broiler.

Tip

1. Canadian Ricotta is a savoury alternative to Cottage Cheese, while Canadian Gouda, Swiss or Mozzarella can be used instead of Provolone.
