Cheeseburger Fries

Cheeseburger Fries
Mm mmmm, these crinkle-cut fries are topped with ground beef, pickles, ketchup, mustard and orange Cheddar.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp oil

lb(s) ground beef

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp flour

2 cups beef stock

1 bag crinkle-cut fries

1 red onion, sliced

cup sliced dill pickles

cup ketchup

cup yellow mustard

cup orange Cheddar, shredded

Directions

1. in a medium saucepan add oil and brown and cook the beef. once cookedplaced into sieve. Add butter to saucepan on medium heat. once butter has melted, sprinkle in flour, constantly stirring for 2-4 minutes. once it starts to bubble, add beef stock and whisk together. Simmer until liquid starts to thicken, then add the ground beef back in. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Bake the crinkle cut fries according to directions. Saut red onions with a little oil, stirring occasionally until onions are transparent and cooked through. Place aside.

3. in baskets (or serving plate of your choice) divide the fries equally. Next cover the fries in beef and gravy, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and finally the shredded cheese. the heat of all the ingredients should melt the cheese. Serve.
