Weeknight Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb(s) (675 g) extra-lean ground beef

1 pot Knorr Homestlye Stock - Beef

cup (60 mL) Parmesan cheese, grated

cup (60 mL) Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tsp (5 mL) garlic, finely chopped

1 jar (22 fl. oz/640 mL) Rag Tomato and Basil Light Pasta Sauce

12 oz (350 g) spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions

1. Combine ground beef, Knorr Homestyle Stock - Beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg and garlic in medium bowl; shape into 12 meatballs.

2. Bring Sauce to a boil over medium-high heat in large saucepan. Gently stir in uncooked meatballs.

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until meatballs start to become firm, about 5 minutes. Turn meatballs gently, then simmer until done, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Serve over hot spaghetti and sprinkle, if desired, with additional Parmesan cheese.
