Directions for: Sk8r Boy Burger
Ingredients
1 bun
8 oz medium or lean ground beef
salt and pepper
1 slice Monterey Jack cheese
2 strips bacon
1 - 2 fl. oz. peanut butter
Directions
1. Form your burger patty and cook on a pre-heated barbecue for approximately 4 minutes per side. Season lightly with salt and pepper while cooking.
2. Rotate the patty after 2 minutes on each side. Cook until an internal temperature of 160F/71C is reached.
3. once cooked spread the peanut butter on top of the burger, followed by the Monterey Jack cheese, and last the bacon.
4. Serve on your favourite bun.
