Beef Fondue

Directions for: Beef Fondue

Ingredients

2 cartons (3 3/4 cups/900 mL size) Knorr Simply Beef Broth

4 slices fresh ginger

3 clove garlic, sliced

3 Tbsp (45 mL) reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 lb(s) (675 g) beef tenderloin, cut into thin rectangular slices

Directions

1. to prep, freeze beef for 1 to 2 hours to make slicing easier. Or, ask the butcher to slice it for you.

2. Bring Knorr Simply Beef Broth to a boil in large saucepan over medium-high heat . Stir in remaining ingredients except beef. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove and transfer to fondue pot.

3. Dip slices of beef into hot broth mixture and cook about 30 seconds or to desired doneness.

4. Knorr Chef Tip: in addition to beef, serve with family-favourite vegetables like baby corn, sliced mushrooms, asparagus, snow peas, broccoli, cellophane noodles, and lettuce cups.
