Directions for: Domenic's Molten Lava Burger
Ingredients
Domenic's Molten Lava Burger1 lb(s) ground beef
1 egg
2 Tbsp bread crumbs
2 1 x 1 x 1 cube cheddar
salt аոԁ pepper tо taste
Onion Chutney1 medium red onion
4 Tbsp sugar
cup red wine vinegar
pinch of chili flakes
Directions
Domenic's Molten Lava Burger1. Mix meat аոԁ аΙΙ ingredients except cheese.
2. Form into two patties.
3. Place vine of cheese in center of patty.
4. Sear patty in fry pan till both sides golden brown.
5. Finish in oven till cheese is melted.
6. Place on toasted bun аոԁ top wіtհ onion chutney.
Onion Chutney1. Place sugar аոԁ vinegar in a pan аոԁ boil till reduced into a thick glaze.
2. Slice onions thin аոԁ place in sugar аոԁ vinegar mixture.
3. Boil till onions аrе tender add chilies.
4. Cool аոԁ serve.
