Directions for: no Sleep 'Til Philly Cheesesteak
Ingredients
6 oz ribeye steak
1 oz onions
1 pint 8th Wonder beer (or any local craft beer)
8 oz easy-melt yellow cheese
4 oz heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
1 freshly-baked baguette
Directions
1. in a double boiler, add the beer, cheese, and cream and let it melt together.
2. Thinly slice ribeye and sear to medium rare on grill or pan.
3. Thinly slice and saut the onions.
4. Toast baguette.
5. Place meat in baguette, pour melted beer cheese over meat, top with sauted onions. Enjoy!
