Ingredients
2 cup soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
1 Tbsp sesame oil
juice of 1 orange, freshly squeezed
juice of 2 calamondins (small oranges a.k.a. calamansis), freshly, squeezed
1 cup garlic, minced
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
4 Tbsp chili flakes
4 kg beef short ribs
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Marinate short rib meat over night.
2. Preheat grill or griddle to medium and cook ribs about 3-5 minutes on each side.
