Spicy Smoked Steak Nachos
The spice is as much or as little of the seasonings as you would like. I don't measure with my taco seasonings, I simply make a small batch in a dish then add to the meat and add more of other spices as needed!
Directions for: Spicy Smoked Steak Nachos

Ingredients

1 piece steak

1 pinch dried chilli flakes

3 pinch chilli powder

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1 pinch garlic powder

1 pinch paprika

1 block double smoked Cheddar cheese

1 pinch dried Italian seasoning

1 bag Tostitos whole grain Scoops

1 splash water

Directions

1. Mince up your steak as small as possible, this is easier if its frozen and thawed in the microwave till "cooked."

2. Mix up as much seasoning as you will need.

3. Put your meat and seasoning in a pan and add a little bit of water. Cook thoroughly.

4. Shred the double smoked Cheddar.

5. on a pizza stone (can substitute a pan but works best on a stone) line it with the Scoops.

6. Add meat to all the scoops so every one is full.

7. Add the cheese on top.

8. Repeat with layers on top of the bottom one (pyramid style) as desired.

9. Place in the oven at 350F till cheese is melted.

10. ENJOY.
