Directions for: Steak and Potato Salad

Ingredients

1 (500 g) sirloin steak

cup Kraft Classic Zesty Italian Dressing

3 cup new potatoes, quartered

1 bunch lettuce, your favourite variety

2 Tomatoes, chopped

1 Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

1. MARINATE sirloin steak (1 serves 4 people) in dressing.

2. PLACE potatoes in a double layer aluminum foil pouch; drizzle with additional dressing. Grill potato pouch for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill steak until desired doneness, cut into strips.

3. TOSS meat and potatoes with your lettuce (1 cup per person), tomatoes and onion. Makes 4 servings.
