Directions for: Hamburger and Caesar Salad
Ingredients
Hamburger1 lb(s) ground chuck
red onion, diced
sea salt and fresh black pepper, to taste
Croutons1 baguette, diced
olive oil
sea salt
fresh black pepper
Caesar Salad1 heads romaine hearts, washed, dried and chopped
1 egg yolk
6 caper berries, minced
2 anchovy fillets, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
lemon, juiced
2 oz parmesan reggiano, grated and shaved
cup extra virgin olive oil
3 oz pancetta, diced and cooked off until golden brown and crispy

Directions
Hamburger1. Add all ingredients to the beef and combine. Remember not to over work the meat or it will become tough. Split meat in half and form patties. Grill to your liking. Add a burger fun and your favourite toppings, and enjoy.
Croutons1. Add the diced bread to a bowl. Drizzle a healthy amount of oil and toss. Season and put on baking sheet. Then, put in a 425F oven and bake until golden brown.
Caesar Salad1. in a bowl, add egg yolk, capers, anchovies, garlic, vinegar and juiced lemon. Slowly stream the oil into the bowl, whisking. Add grated parmesan and pepper. Then, add the romaine hearts, pancetta and croutons into the bowl and toss. Plate and top with shaved parmesan. Enjoy!
