Directions for: Steak with Cheese Bread, Fruit and Yogurt
Ingredients
Peaches, strawberries, red grapes
French vanilla yogurt
2 to 4 good quality steaks (standing rib, tenderloin or sirloin) 1/3 lb (150g) each
Mrs. Dash Grilling spice
2 Tbsp butter (30 mL)
tsp dried parsley (2.5 mL)
tsp garlic powder (2.5 mL)
French loaf cut in half on the length
Spiced butter
cup grated low fat cheddar cheese (250 mL)
Directions
1. Serve fruit with French vanilla yogurt.
2. In the meantime
Take steaks out of the fridge.
3. Coat both sides with spice.
4. Let stand at room temperature at least 1/2 hour before grilling.
5. Whip together butter, parsley and garlic.
6. Let stand until ready to spread.
7. When you are ready to serve
