Directions for: Whole Truck Burger
Ingredients
340 g Angus chuck ground beef
Kosher salt
ground pepper
3 organic free-range eggs
12 strips bacon
3 sesame burger buns
120 g Quebec cheese curds
3 leaves lettuce
6 slices heirloom tomatoes
9 slices dill pickles
15 slices jalapenos
6 slices red onions
3 tsp Portuguese pepper aioli
Directions
1. Season beef with salt and pepper and form three patties. Cook on grill on high heat until desired doneness.
2. while beef is cooking, fry eggs sunny-side-up on grill, cook bacon to desired crispiness on grill, and toast buns on grill.
3. Top beef with cheese curds during final cooking.
4. Top each burger with 1 egg, 4 strips bacon, 1 leaf lettuce, 2 slices tomatoes, 3 slices pickles, 5 slices jalapeos, 2 slices onion, and 1 teaspoon aioli.
5. Yields: 3 servings
