Ingredients
For the Marinate4 oz yoghurt - unsweetened
bunch cilantro leaves - chopped
tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli paste (sambal olek)
1 tsp garlic - finely chopped
1 tsp ginger - finely chopped
1 tsp galangal - finely chopped
1 piece staranise - ground
3 piece clove - ground
tsp cumin - ground
1 piece lemon - juice of
10 mL vegetable - optional
1 pinch salt
For the Salmon8 6 oz fresh wild salmon fillets
150 mL fresh pineapple raita
Directions
For the Marinate1. Combine all ingredients.
For the Salmon1. Combine ingredients with 200ml Tikka Marinade and marinate salmon.
