Meat rissoles (meatballs) with rice, cheese & ginger. Rissoles are a family favorite that is simple to make. there is not a frying!
Directions for: Meat Rissoles
Ingredients
Minced meatkg pork meat
kg beef meat
⅕ kg rice
1 onion
1 egg
10 mL soy sauce (Sen Soi Yakitory)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Cheese & Ginger⅕ kg cheese
1 pinch ginger powder
Coat100 g Siberian vitamin cellulose (a base is a wheat coat and a kernel of a cedar nut). or analog
Directions
Minced meat1. Boil rice.
2. Brown an onion.
3. Mix pork meat, beef meat, egg, boiled rice, browned onion, sauce, salt & pepper
Cheese & Ginger1. Grate cheese using a small-holed grater.
2. Mix cheese and ginger.
Coat1. Use a silicon form for baking. Form meatballs in it. 1 layer.
2. Add another layer - cheese and ginger.
3. Add a layer - meat.
4. Formed meatballs are making a coat as final step before cooking (finish layer).
5. Cook rissoles in the oven. there is not a frying. Cook it in the oven as 200 C (392 F) at 30 minutes
Tips and Substitutions
