Barbequed Steam Whistle Steak
This is a fast and delicious, creole-inspired recipe for the summer BBQ. Courtesy of Harald Sowade.
Directions for: Barbequed Steam Whistle Steak

Ingredients

2 T-bone steaks, 1-inch thick

Tbsp garlic, minced, or to your taste

1 cup Steam Whistle Pilsner

cup olive oil

2 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp salt

tsp black pepper

4 cloves

Directions

1. Sprinkle steaks with finely minced garlic.

2. Combine the beer, olive oil, honey, salt & pepper, and cloves in a flat dish. Marinate the steaks for 12 hours turning occasionally.

3. Cook the steaks on one side while brushing the upper side with marinade juices. Turn the steaks and cook the other side. Enjoy!
