Sesame Noodles

Sesame Noodles
You can quickly put together this scrumptious main course аոԁ for extra protein you can add leftover chicken.
Directions for: Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

1 cup chopped cucumber

sweet red chopped pepper

1 cup beans, sprouts

cup peanuts, unsalted, chopped

2 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp vegetable stock

2 Tbsp chicken stock

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp minced ginger, root

tsp granulated sugar

tsp Asian chili paste

2 cloves garlic, minced

cup chopped fresh coriander, (optional)

Directions

1. In pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 minutes or until tender but firm.

2. Drain аոԁ chill under cold running water; drain аոԁ place in bowl.

3. Add cucumber, red pepper, bean sprouts аոԁ peanuts.

4. Whisk together vinegar, stock, sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, sugar, chili paste аոԁ garlic; toss wіtհ pasta mixture.

5. Sprinkle wіtհ coriander (if using).
