Directions for: Taylors Famous Hamburgers with a Twist, Veggies and Dip
Ingredients
Taylor's Famous Hamburgers Wit3 lb(s) (1350g) lean ground beef or buffalo
2 tsp Tabasco
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Chili powder
5 multigrain buns
1 pkg redi crisp bacon
Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp leftover spicy Sausage Chuck Wagon Chili
No-fat sour cream
Veggies and Dip1 bag (1 pound) cut raw veggies
Ranch dip
Directions
Taylor's Famous Hamburgers Wit1. Preheat BBQ to medium (350 F) by starting both burners to low/medium setting.
2. Mix spices into beef.
3. Form beef mixture into 10 thin, large patties.
4. Place on BBQ. Close lid. Cook each side 5 to 10 minutes. (160 170 F).
5. Stack burgers with 2 patties, slices of cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, chili and sour cream.
