Striploin Bulgogi with Daikon Kimchi

Directions for: Striploin Bulgogi with Daikon Kimchi

Ingredients

Main Course

4 tsp of sugar

cup of soy sauce

3 clove garlic

3 scallions stalks, minced

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp grated ginger

2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

cup mirin, Japanese cooking wine

2 Tbsp dry sherry

4 striploin or Rib Eye steak (7oz)

Cho Kanjang (Vegetable Marinad

cup sesame seeds, toasted

1 Tbsp sugar

3 Tbsp rice vinegar

4 Tbsp light soy

1 Tbsp diced chives

1 Tbsp fresh diced cilantro

1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

Main Course

1. in a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Cover and marinate the beef for 24 hours. Grill to your liking.

Cho Kanjang (Vegetable Marinad

1. Cut favourite raw vegetables and mix all ingredients into a bowl. Marinade for 2 hours. Serve with your Bulgogi and steamed jasmine rice. be sure vegetables are not over dressed, i.e. ratio to marinade and vegetables are equal.
