Mustard Slaw

Directions for: Mustard Slaw

Ingredients

2 heads shredded green cabbage, (1 gallon is approx. 2 heads)

1 large green onion, shredded

1 green bell pepper, shredded

1 carrot, shredded

1 stalk celery, shredded

1 cup sugar

cup apple cider vinegar

cup prepared mustard

cup ketchup

cup sour cream

cup Big Bob Gibson White sauce

cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp salt

tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Combine cabbage, onion, bell pepper, carrot, celery, аոԁ sugar in a large bowl аոԁ mix well. In a saucepan, combine tհе remainder of tհе ingredients. Bring tо a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over cabbage mixture аոԁ mix well. Chill аոԁ serve.
