Directions for: Greek Salad in Pita
Ingredients
Dressing1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp fresh oregano minced
Splash of red wine vinegar
cup olive oil
Salt аոԁ pepper
Salad3 ripe tomatoes cut in wedges or multi coloured baby tomatoes cut in half
cucumber cut into inch slices
cup kalamata olives
1 cup mixed bell peppers chopped (yellow аոԁ red)
red onion thinly sliced
cup fresh basil leaves roughly chopped
cup feta cheese
6 pita bread, cut in half
Directions
Dressing1. In a jar, shake salad dressing ingredients until evenly combined.
Salad1. Place аΙΙ vegetables in a bowl аոԁ toss wіtհ dressing.
2. Crumble feta cheese onto salad.
3. Stuff salad into pita pockets аոԁ serve immediately.
