Inside out Spaghetti and Meatballs
You've almost definitely had spaghetti and meatballs, but have you ever had them...inside out? Spaghetti noodles are baked inside of a beef, pork and chicken meatball, all topped off with herbacious marinara sauce.
Directions for: Inside out Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

cup whole milk

2 cups fresh breadcrumbs

1 lb(s) lean ground beef

lb(s) ground pork

lb(s) ground chicken

2 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese

cup finely chopped Italian parsley

2 Tbsp finely chopped oregano

2 tsp salt

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 eggs, whisked

lb(s) dry spaghetti noodles

1 Tbsp olive oil

6 cups premade marinara sauce

Directions

1. in a small bowl pour milk over breadcrumbs, making sure to evenly moisten all crumbs. Let stand while you mix the meat.

2. Combine beef, pork, chicken, 1 cup Parmesan, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until incorporated but dont over mix - full chunks of ground meat should still be visible. Add eggs and breadcrumbs; gently mix just until all ingredients are combined. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions. Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent clumping.

4. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease a baking sheet and set it aside.

5. Divide meat into 4 equal portions. Lightly oil your hands and roll one portion into a ball. with the ball in one palm, create a well in the centre of the meatball.Fill the well with cooked spaghetti. Fold in the edges of the meatball to completely seal the spaghetti inside. Place the meatball upside down on the baking sheet. Repeat until you have four meatballs.

6. Bake until browned and cooked through, about 30 minutes.

7. in a medium pot bring marinara sauce to a simmer. when meatballs are done, place each one on an individual plate and load up with sauce and remaining Parmesan.
