Meat Muffins
These savoury muffins of beef and herbs are a nice twist on a classic meatball.

Directions for: Meat Muffins

Ingredients

5 lb(s) ground chuck

2 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp ground pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

cup fresh parsley, chopped

cup 2% milk

6 eggs

1 cup bread crumbs

cup BBQ sauce

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. in a large bowl, mix all ingredients by hand.

3. Scoop approximately 1.5 to 2-ounces of mixture into a greased mini-muffin tin.

4. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.

5. Serve with a small dollop of BBQ sauce on top.
