Directions for: Picanha Sliders with Spicy Mayo, Cachaa-Caramelized Onions and Brie Cheese
Ingredients
300 g ground picanha
slider buns
Boston lettuce
2 medium cooking onions
1 oz cachaa or white rum
cup mayonnaise
Sriracha
100 g Brie cheese
Directions
1. Cut the onions very thinly. Cook them slowly until they are caramelized. Add the cachaa and reduce to evaporate the alcohol.
2. Make 10 mini burgers of 30g each.
3. Place the mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix Sriracha until the desired spiciness is achieved.
4. Grill or pan fry the burger. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toast slightly the buns.
6. on the bottom bun, add the spicy mayonnaise and a piece of Boston lettuce.
7. Top it with a burger, a thin slice of Brie cheese and hot caramelized onions.
8. Place the top bun and skewer through the middle to hold it all together.
