Directions for: Taco in A Pan
Ingredients
1 lb(s) ground beef
1 pkg (35 g) taco seasoning mix
2 cup water, divided
2 cup Minute rice
1 cup Kraft Tex-Mex Shredded Cheese
Directions
1. BROWN ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and cup water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. ADD remaining water to the meat mixture and bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
3. TOP with tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream and salsa.
