Directions for: Black Forest Steak
Ingredients
1 inch striploin steak
1 slice Black Forest ham
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 tsp seasoning to taste
Directions
1. Wrap swiss cheese in black forest ham
2. Cut a pocket in the sirloin steak
3. Stuff steak with cheese and ham
4. Seasoning and sauce to taste
5. BBQ to desired readiness
